Lady Ranger Roundup Week of 9/11-15

Week in Review

Last week saw another competitive week of development and a lot of great work was put in by the by the Lady Rangers. We saw some new sponsors join our Booster Club, and we have some exciting plans for the upcoming season. It's less than a hundred days away now. Can't wait to get things going.

It's HOMECOMING Week!

Our Theme for this year's Homecoming Parade is Western. Boys Soccer will combine with Girls Soccer and We will have a huge Hoot and Annie Roundup, with Cowboys and Cowgirls.

For the Parade and Community Pep Rally there are few things of note:

1) We are still looking for a trailer to enter into the parade. If you have one or access to one please let us know. It will need to be in the back of VRHS at 5 pm on Wednesday for us to decorate and get in the lineup.

2) Juniors and Seniors will decorate and ride on the float and need to turn in their release forms..

3) Freshmen and sophomores will each bring a bag of candy and walk along the parade path and help pass it out to the kids along the parade route.

This is such a fun event and we hope everyone will participate and come to the community pep rally on Wednesday.

Booster Club Membership/Sponsorships

Thank you so much to everyone who has signed up as a part of our membership drive so far. We are off to an OK start but really need to hit the ground running with our Member Sponsors. Please reach out to local business, business owners, and local service companies and inquire if they would like to be to be a part of our organization. It's because of their support that we are able to have and run an elite first class program. If you are joining booster club and utilizing the payment plan option, please note that another payment is due this Friday.

Final Thoughts

This is such a busy time of the year. Club Soccer, HS Soccer, Homecoming, Parades, Football games, Work, jobs, school, homework and seems like more and more each and every day. Take a deep breath. Because Lady Rangers the year goes by so quickly. And Parents, take a deep breath (and few pics along the way) Because this time in your life goes by so quickly.

This is going to be a great year.

Let's Go Lady Rangers!
