The Week in Review-

It was a strong week of workouts as we continued our Off-season training program. Not only are we getting stronger and more fit, but we are starting to make some incredible mental break throughs. The Lady Rangers are doing some amazing things and there growth and confidence is off the charts right now. Well Done Lady Rangers!

Some of the Letterman Jackets came in this week. Such an exciting time and great accomplishment for these Lady Rangers. Hoping Round two of Lettermen's comes in this week as well.

It's getting HOT! Bring your Water Bottles to Training each and every day.

We will take the SWAY Concussion Baseline Test on Wednesday. Please download the app prior to Wednesday.

Friday is the day for At School Physicals- These will take place from 8am-12 pm.

You need to make sure to purchase a physical online prior to Friday. You will need to come before school, during Ranger Time, or during lunch. You are NOT to miss class time without permission. If your teachers want you in class, then you need to be in class. Football has huge numbers and will take up most of 5th/6th period. Best bet would be to be there checked in and ready to go at 8 am or go during RT or A Lunch.

All Lady Rangers entering 7th-12th grade are encouraged to sign up for the Summer Strength and Conditioning Camps.

-Phase 1 of Off Season Training is coming to an End-

-Hold each other accountable (Iron Sharpens Iron)

- Build those bonds that help teams accomplish amazing things.

If you can attend 1 session but not both, please see Coach Green or Coach Goodfellow and we can give you instructions on signing up for just the one session.

Also- If you have a younger sibling or relative that might be interested in our Summer Soccer Camp, it will be the week after school ends and will be for boys and girls entering 3rd-6th grades.
