Lady Ranger Round up Week of May 15-19

The week in Review-

Was one of those weeks where there were a lot of moving parts. As we come to the end of the year we want to end strong and make the most of our opportunities. Be Prepared and Be flexible. It's a great way to get ready for soccer and a great way to stay prepared for life too.

Happy Mother's Day !

To all the soccer moms than you for all that you do!

The Week Ahead-

Monday

A Day- Ranger Red

Tuesday

B Day- Black- We will have a Guest Speaker this Day

Wednesday

A Day- Ranger Grey

Thursday

B Day- Black

Friday

A day Ranger Red

A Days we will go to Ranger and start working on our formation and tactical responsibilities for next year.

B Days we will focus on Fitness and Individual Technical work.

Be Present - even if you are not participating. A lot of information is going to be given this week and it's important that you are there to receive it.

Training room appointments should be made before and after school. The only time needed in the training room during the period is to get taped prior to working out.

News and Notes-

-Strength & Conditioning Camps- If you have not done so, please take the time to sign up. There are two types of athletes that show up when school resumes after the summer. Those who survive and those who thrive. Use this summer and the opportunities available to you to really elevate your game this summer.

-If you were unable to get a physical this past Friday please get one completed and turned in. This will cover you for the summer and next school year. Additionally, everyone needs to download and complete the concussion testing on the Sway App. The code is in the Sportsyou stream.

-Are you looking for some extra work and training this summer? I met Terry Vickers on Saturday and he runs First Touch Academy over off Lakeline Mall and 183. If interested let me know and I can get you in contact with him.

We are coming to the end and yet we are just getting started. I am excited for what we have accomplished and I am looking forward to what is to come. Let's finish this phase of off season strong.

As always pay attention to the weather this week. Looks like we have some rain in the forecast but we get one of the gyms back so there may be some opportunities to play Futsal.

Let's Go Lady Rangers!
