News and Notes
Can you believe our first scrimmage of the year is this Friday?
The Lady Rangers had an outstanding week of practice. Not only did they get better as a team in their preparations for the upcoming season, they were inspired as fans of the beautiful game as each day we got to watch some of the best teams in the world compete in the World Cup. The Boys and Girls even got together for a watch party to support the USMNT as they took on Iran.
As we concluded our first week of practices the Lady Rangers were flying around the field during our team scrimmage on Friday.

FanAngel Fundraiser
All Lady Rangers and Booster Club members are asked to set up a profile and help with our FanAngel Fundraiser for this year. Each Lady Ranger is asked to upload a combination of 25 Emails and phone numbers of people that would be willing to donate. Booster Club members are asked to also create a profile and help as they can.
A tax deductible receipt will be emailed to each and every donor. Whether they donate $5, $50, $500, or $5,000 every Donation Counts and every Donation is greatly appreciated. Also we are coming up to the end of the fiscal year for some businesses and business people so if they need that one last tax write-off, this may be a great opportunity for them.
Our Goal is to raise $7,500.00 for the Booster Club.
Lady Rangers and Booster Club members should use the following link to sign up to create their profile and enter their phone numbers and emails.
Blue Santa is Back
Back by popular demand and Due to the Overwhelming success of last year's Blue Santa Toy Drive, we are continuing this yearly community service event at our scrimmage vs Cedar Park on Friday, December 9th.
As you know there is always a big competition between Vista Ridge HS and Cedar Park HS when it comes to raising funds and donations for Blue Santa.
For the scrimmage Friday, we are asking all fans and Lady Rangers to bring a new, unwrapped toy or gift card. There is no value limit set. Whether it is a stocking stuffer or a New Car (just kidding) please donate as you can and are feel lead to. We know the Cedar Park Police Department will be over joyed.

Note from Coach
What an absolutely great first week to start off the season. The excitement and energy were fantastic. Let's keep that mentality each and every day and we will have an amazing season.
Reminders-
I need all Lady Rangers to message me with a picture of themselves next to their Yard Sign. This is needed for a meet the Lady Rangers Video I am putting together for Social Media.
Please communicate any absences for any reason.
Please check SportsYou daily especially around Ranger Time. I know there was an issue with the ATT cell tower by Vista and there were lots of Communication issues last week. I try to communicate the days agenda or any changes by RT.
Continue to meet up with your small groups. Young Life, Vista Ridge games and performances, and post practice dinners are great ways to stay connected and grow closer to one another.
Lastly, we are officially in season. Your presence is needed daily. We know that life happens from time to time and there are some things out of your control but if we can be present each and everyday, and avoid missing games and practices then this can be a very special season for everyone. Stay in communication and Let's Go Lady Rangers!
