Happy Labor Day-
I hope everyone enjoyed their three day weekend. I hope if you had games, that all went well. I hope if you had to work, that all of your customers were polite and generous, but most of all I hope you remember what today is all about. On Labor Day we reflect on those individuals that sacrifice so much to make our lives easier. Work, Working, Work Ethic, is the fabric of the American soul. Nothing given, Everything Earned. Worked For. It's who we are and what we do. We Go To Work.
The Week In Review-
Last Week saw a little reprieve from the heat, but unfortunately it looks like this week will be a Hot one. Thank you to everyone that made it to Open House and to the parent meeting on Wednesday. I would like to encourage everyone to Join our Booster Club and help with our Membership/ Sponsorship Drive Fundraiser. There is our membership level for Families and then 3 Sponsorship levels to help with our Fundraiser. Our Goal for the Booster Club is to try and get 100% participation with all families and then for each Lady Ranger to get one Sponsor.

By now everyone should have a Physical on file, Rankone paperwork completed, and their SWAY Test done. If not, please have all of this completed this week or schedule changes will be made.
Upcoming-
Next Wednesday, September 13th is our Homecoming Parade and Community Pep Rally. Please add this date and event to your calendar as this is one of the best events of the year.
Lady Rangers we have gotten off to a great start but we have a lot of "WORK" to do. I want to encourage all of you to commit to getting better each and every day. Pre-season is hard and it's competitive. But nothing in life worth having was ever given to anyone. It's much more meaningful when you commit yourselves and strive for excellence.
Now is our Time. Our time to Go to Work!
