Lady Ranger Round Up Week of 11/18-22

The Week in Review

What an Exciting week as we were able to celebrate Julia, Lily, and Alexis this week as they signed their National Letters of Intent to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level. We are so very proud of all three of them. They are leaders and cornerstones of this program and will not only have a great year but will continue to shine once they leave Vista Ridge.

The Week Ahead

Tuesday- Red - Ranger

Wednesday- Grey - WR/Ranger

Thursday- Red - Ranger

Friday- Red -Futsal

*Don't be Absent Monday - Red Jackets may appear

And Finally-

It is our Last week of preseason and then we will take a little break at Thanksgiving and then our Season will be here. This is probably the furthest along we have ever been when it comes to being ready for our season. The fitness levels are excellent. The scrimmages are competitive and the commitment levels are high. We are now transitioning into the "Team" aspect of the season. Yes there will be fitness and film, but I want to encourage each of you to maintain and improve individually so as to contribute to the collective. Continue to take care of your academics but also be disciplined in your individual training. Set aside time each day to work on your individual game so you can contribute to the team in practice and in games. The level of success we achieve is directly correlated to the level of self discipline each of us brings to the table.

Our time is near and our pursuit of Victories and Playoffs lies before us. I hope Everyone is ready. It's going to be a great ride.

Let's Go Lady Rangers!
